Mother’s Day is here, and to celebrate the big day, Kanye West surprised Kim Kardashian with her very own orchestra.
Mrs. West woke up to discover 12 violinists and cellists—all dressed in white—in her Bel-Air living room playing songs selected by their daughter North. The two-year-old opted for cuts from famous movie soundtracks including “Tomorrow” from Annie and “Let It Go” from Frozen.
As if that wasn’t enough, ‘Ye also presented the mother of his two children with a bench made of pink roses.
Last year, Yeezy delivered a similar Mother’s Day surprise, hiring a quartet to play Sam Smith for his wife at dinner, and surprising her with thousands of white roses.
Kanye also took a moment to honor his late mother. In a touching Twitter post, the “Hey Mama” rapper remembered Donda West, who passed in 2007. “Thank you for watching over our family. Nori and Kim say happy Mother’s Day… And Saint smiled,” he said.
The Wests, including baby Saint, recently returned from a family trip to Havana, Cuba.
